Vacant Home Staging

We make vacant properties feel like a home
instead of a house!

Staging a house does not just mean putting furniture in it. A well-staged house allows prospective buyers to visualize the ideal use of the space. It’s important to use the right furniture to enhance the existing style of the house and architecture. Choosing the perfect accessories and correctly placing them to create the “wow factor” that sells the home requires an understanding of design and what appeals to the largest quantity of prospective buyers.

Occupied Home Staging

We turn lived-in homes into a marketable commodity!

When an owner is still living in the house while it is listed for sale, oftentimes it is difficult for them to understand that “one man’s treasure is another man’s clutter”. We help both homeowners and real estate agents by accessing and improving the marketability of the house from the exterior walk way to the smallest closet inside. Oftentimes, simply rearranging furniture and accessories, removing clutter and adding a few key items like live plants can transform a space. A well-staged occupied home is on its way to being sold quickly and profitably.

Staging Consultation

We can help you do it yourself!

For those homeowners who for either budget constraints or privacy issues prefer to stage their home themselves, we offer consultation services by providing a comprehensive “punch-list” to prepare the house for market. Or, prior to “Occupied Home Staging” a home-owner can use a Staging Consultation as a guide to make repairs, changes to landscaping, painting and other “pre-home staging” recommendations to prepare the house for staging.

Re-Design Consultation

We can transform your home!

If your house doesn’t make you feel wonderful when you’re in it, a re-design consultation can change your life! Today, more and more people desire respite from the hectic pace of noise, work, traffic, and, well…life! We can transform your home into your own unique sanctuary by rearranging furniture, art and rugs, adding or removing clutter and accessories and providing the professional touch that can turn a “blah” space into an environment that makes you feel great.

Interior and Exterior Paint Selection Consultation

Our color consultation will pay dividends!

The color you choose for both outside and inside of your house will usually be something you live with for five or more years—therefore, it needs to be a color that you love and works with the home’s architecture and furniture. For the exterior, many factors need to be considered such as the both the shade and tone, the trim and the door color. Is there hardscape that has color in it that needs to be considered? What about gates and fences? What about coordinating the exterior paint selection with interior colors to effectuate a smooth visual transition from outside to inside? A color consultation for an hourly fee will pay handsome dividends for many years.

Landscape Design Consultation

Good design applies to all design!

Principles like scale, color coordination, repetition of form and space integration are important concepts in landscaping as well as interiors. While landscape is taken into consideration when doing staging, we provide landscape design consultation as a separate service and coordinate with an expert landscape designer to implement and complete our recommendations.

"Jill brought me a gift the day she entered my newly purchased condo. I wanted a new look, and she jumped right in with some refreshing new thoughts and ideas.

Not only ideas, but she physically helped me move furniture around, making the condo look entirely different that I ever could have imagined. She hung pictures and mirrors, and moved items to showcase others (like crystal).

She was very professional, attentive and so very pleasant in her manner with everything. She suggested I purchase certain items to update the look and I am very pleased with the overall result.

Thanks Jill."
